# Amigo Personal Care

> Amigo Personal Care is a Registered NDIS Provider (Reg. 4050155398) operating two distinct service lines. **In-home and community disability support** across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs — Daily Living Assistance, Social & Community Participation, Domestic Cleaning, and Support Coordination, delivered in the participant's own home. **Supported Independent Living (SIL)** in a shared home in Kingsgrove, in the St George area of southern Sydney, where up to three NDIS participants each have a private room with support on site 24 hours a day. - In-home supports are delivered in the participant's own home and community (we do not see clients at the office). Supported Independent Living is different: it is delivered in a shared home that Amigo leases and where residents live as tenants.

## Services
- Daily Living Assistance — personal care, hygiene, grooming, meals, medication support, mobility.
- Social & Community Participation — outings, group activities, appointments, community events, transport included.
- Domestic Cleaning Service — household cleaning, laundry, linen, tidy-ups.
- Support Coordination — help understanding your NDIS plan, finding providers, setting up service agreements, and preparing for plan reviews.
- Respite Care for Carers — supplementary support for families and carers.
- Home Care Package support (Aged Care) is also available for clients 65+.

## Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Amigo's NDIS registration includes **Supported Independent Living (registration group 0138)**, approved and in force to 21 August 2027. Verifiable on the NDIS Commission public provider register.
- One shared home, in **Kingsgrove**, in the **St George** area of **southern Sydney**. This is a different service area from Amigo's in-home line, which covers the Eastern Suburbs.
- A standard full-brick family house on a residential street. It is **not** Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and SDA funding is not required to live there.
- **Three private bedrooms**, each with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. Shared kitchen, living areas, laundry and backyard. A maximum of three residents.
- Support is on site **24 hours a day, including overnight**, every night, and is delivered by Amigo's own support workers — recruited, screened, trained and rostered by Amigo. Support in this home is not subcontracted.
- Housing and support are **two separate agreements**. Residents are tenants with a written tenancy agreement for their room.
- Residents pay rent, their own food and personal shopping. Residents do **not** pay for electricity, gas, water or sewerage: under NSW residential tenancy law those charges fall to the landlord for premises that are not separately metered, and Amigo covers them.
- Agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants are all welcome.

- The exact street address is not published. It is shared when a viewing is arranged, to protect the privacy of the people who live there.

## Service area — Supported Independent Living
Kingsgrove NSW 2208, in the St George area of southern Sydney. The SIL home serves participants who move into it, so enquiries are welcome from anywhere in Greater Sydney and beyond — a participant does not need to already live nearby.
