As a Registered NDIS Provider, Amigo offers Personal Care, Companionship, Domestic Assistance, Transport, Social & Community Access, Medication Management, Respite, Gardening, Home Handyman, and Staying Active programs. All services are tailored to your individual NDIS plan goals and delivered in your home or community.

Yes! Amigo works with Agency-managed, Plan-managed, and Self-managed participants. If plan-managed, your Plan Manager pays us directly. If self-managed, we invoice you and you claim reimbursement from the NDIS. Our team can help you understand your funding options.

Support Coordination is a funded support in some NDIS plans that helps you understand and implement your plan — finding providers, setting up service agreements, coordinating supports, and preparing for plan reviews. Not everyone has it. If you are unsure whether you have it or need it, our team can review your plan and advise.

A Home Care Package (HCP) is a government-funded program for Australians 65+ (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) providing a budget for in-home care services. There are 4 levels — from basic support (Level 1) to high-level care (Level 4). Register with My Aged Care for an assessment, then choose a provider like Amigo to deliver your services.

Through your Home Care Package, Amigo helps with personal care (showering, grooming, dressing), domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep), transport, gardening, home maintenance, medication management, companionship, respite, and social & community participation — all designed to keep you independent at home.

Most services are covered by your government-funded package. Depending on your income, you may have a basic daily fee or income-tested fee. Amigo is fully transparent — we explain all costs before you start. No hidden fees, ever.

Once your NDIS plan or Home Care Package is in place, we can usually start within a few days of completing your service agreement. If you are still awaiting approval, talk to us now — we will prepare everything so you can start as soon as your funding is confirmed.
