All of our Support Workers are trained and qualified to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
They complete essential training such as:
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality, Safety and You
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care
First Aid & CPR certification
NDIS Worker Screening, police checks, and compliance with all vaccination requirements
We also provide continuous education and mentoring to ensure our team grows with the evolving needs of participants.
