Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Amigo Personal Care is a Registered NDIS Provider (Reg. 4050155398), based in Eastgardens and serving Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Our registration is publicly listed on the NDIS Commission provider register at ndiscommission.gov.au.

Do you cover my suburb in the Eastern Suburbs?

We serve the Bayside, Randwick City and Waverley council areas — from Botany and Mascot through Maroubra, Randwick and Coogee to Bondi. If you're nearby and unsure, call (02) 8004 3922.

Can I use Amigo if I'm plan-managed or self-managed?

Yes. We work with Agency-managed, Plan-managed and Self-managed participants. If plan-managed, your Plan Manager pays us directly; if self-managed, we invoice you to claim from the NDIS.

Can I switch to Amigo from my current provider?

Yes. You can change providers at any time — your NDIS funding stays with you, and we handle the handover.

How quickly can support start?

Once your plan is in place and the service agreement is signed, support usually begins within a few business days.
